🔁 Eligibility for Refund You can request a refund if:

You received the wrong item

The item was damaged or defective on arrival

The product is not as described on our website or page

Refunds are not applicable if:

The item was used, washed, or damaged after delivery

You simply changed your mind

You failed to report the issue within the eligible time

⏳ Timeframe to Request You must notify us of any issue within 7 days of receiving your order. No refund or exchange will be accepted after 7 days.

📝 Refund Process Contact us at support@buyzilo.com or WhatsApp with your Order ID and clear photos of the issue.

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

If approved, you will either receive:

A replacement item, or

A full/partial refund (as applicable)

Refunds will be made via bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or any method discussed at the time.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items We do not offer refunds on:

Sale or clearance items

Personal hygiene products (e.g. innerwear, socks, beauty items)

Items without original packaging or tags

📦 Return Shipping If the error was from our side, we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the issue was not due to our mistake, the customer may bear the return cost.

📣 Important Note We follow the refund policies of TikTok Shop and Meta Commerce (Facebook/Instagram) strictly. If you're ordering from those platforms, their rules will apply in case of any dispute.
